Business Consulting Positions
Responsibilities
As an Acasta Business Consultant, you have a proven track record of managing multiple, complex projects concurrently, while adhering to project due dates and budget requirements. You have led and/or worked with cross-functional teams, and successfully handled all aspects of client/consulting coordination and project management. You have the ability to hold overall responsibility for the quality of project deliverables as well as achievement of key project milestones, and day-to-day management of client relationships. You will also be able to work with the Acasta sales team to develop and deliver/present new business sales proposals.
Requirements/Qualifications:
A BS degree with at least 3 years of experience in a consultative role working with Global 2000 clients. Experience of converting business requirements into technology strategies, as well as finely tuned project management skills. Excellent interpersonal,
communications and group facilitation skills are all necessary components for this position.

Senior Sales Executive Positions
Responsibilities:
As an Acasta Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing sales leads and driving new business sales. You must be able to work closely with other Acasta team members to develop opportunities, document requirements, and deliver consulting projects. You will be responsible for coordinating resources required to both earn business and evolve successful projects (pre-sales/post-sales). Our ideal candidate
will have experience in managing executive relationships and should be a self-starter.
Requirements/Qualifications:
A BS degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science. Minimum 5 years experience in selling to national/major accounts in a consultative environment with experience in selling technology products, services, applications, and solutions.

Technical Consultant Positions
Responsibilities:
As an Acasta Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and Acasta sales and consulting colleagues. Responsibilities include creating requirements specifications and development of solutions and implementation/integration into the client's technology infrastructure.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's or advanced degree, with 5-10 years work experience. Additional technical experience with successful project, hardware/software, and vendor/IT resource management is required. You must be able to develop effective, professional relationships with both technical and business professionals in the client's organization, which includes effective written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills. You must be able to do requirements analysis, application design, project planning and scheduling processes, prepare project documentation including project plans, application specifications, and project milestone sign-off documents.
