Acasta's outsourcing services help clients analyze whether or not to outsource all or part of their IT functions to meet their business objectives.  If outsourcing is selected, Acasta can provide the expertise and processes to help guide the client  in determining what to outsource, how and when to proceed, and who can most effectively fulfill the outsourced function. 

Our specific services include:

    1. Outsourcing vendor selection, financial analysis and contract negotiation.

     2.  Service Level Agreements -- defining and monitoring performance of the outsourcer against the client's business objectives.

    3.  Contract rescue.  Acasta works with the client and the vendor to realign the services provided under the contract with the clients business needs, and establishes metrics to monitor ongoing performance.

    4.  Out-tasking assessment and implementation --  the outsourcing of particular sub-functions in order to improve service levels or reduce internal costs.
